This course provides an awareness of mental health problems and the support that can be offered. You will gain essential knowledge about mental health, including its definition, various types of mental health problems, potential causes and how to recognise their signs and symptoms.

In addition, it will cover legal frameworks, individual impact, self-care and support services for those with severe mental health problems.
